Manage civil and finishing works from substructure through handover while maintaining quality, schedule, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise excavation, foundations, blockwork, plastering, screed, tiling, painting, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and external works.
- Allocate tasks to tradespeople and subcontractors to meet villa project schedules.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, method statements, and specifications; monitor workmanship, dimensions, levels, and finishes.
- Coordinate inspections and issue resolution with engineering, MEP, QA/QC, and safety teams.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment; keep daily attendance, progress, usage, and site records.
- Conduct toolbox talks, enforce HSE and PPE practices, maintain housekeeping, and support snagging, inspections, and handover.
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years as a Construction Foreman on UAE villa projects, such as G+1/G+2 villas or townhouses.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
- Knowledge of villa construction methods, finishes, and UAE site practices.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, including managing multicultural teams.
- A Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with MOHRE, site safety regulations, and authority requirements such as DM, DDA, or DEWA is an advantage.
