Plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences, summits, and business forums associated with major exhibitions.
Manage conference programmes, speakers, sponsors, stakeholders, and event logistics from planning through post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Plan programmes, agendas, panel discussions, and business forums for exhibitions.
- Coordinate speakers, moderators, VIPs, government representatives, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
- Research topics, themes, and session formats; manage speaker invitations, briefings, travel, and schedules.
- Align conference activities with exhibition objectives and coordinate venue, stage, audiovisual, registration, and session logistics.
- Work with marketing and PR to promote programmes and speaker announcements.
- Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and operational requirements; oversee execution and resolve issues.
- Monitor attendance, speaker engagement, and programme performance; prepare reports and recommendations.
- Complete deliverables on time and to company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conference management, exhibitions, or large-scale business events.
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing speakers, VIPs, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
- MICE industry experience and knowledge of the UAE events market are advantageous.
