The Concierge Supervisor is part of the Front Services team at Rosewood Red Sea.
The role supports the concierge operation and coordinates with hotel teams and external partners to provide seamless guest experiences.
Your role
- Supervise daily concierge desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Assist with transportation, dining reservations, destination recommendations, activities, and special requests.
- Build relationships with local partners and service providers.
- Manage guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow-up requests accurately.
- Support training and development of concierge associates and maintain luxury service standards.
- Proactively create memorable, personalized guest experiences.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Butler Services, Transportation, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and external partners.
Candidate qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, or front office operations.
- Strong destination knowledge and ability to tailor recommendations to guest preferences.
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication and effective relationship-building with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to lead by example, inspire teamwork, and remain composed under pressure.
