Job Description
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, including campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Plan and manage merchandise assortments to maximize sales performance and profitability.
- Support product development, launches, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and merchandising within the fashion retail industry, ladies’ fashion segment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy development, merchandising planning, and retail operations
