The Role of the Concierge Agent
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

- Prime location in the heart of the capital, nestled within the iconic 99 storey Kingdom Tower.
- 276 spacious and light filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.
- Three exceptional restaurant venues with a seating capacity of 250 guests.
- Event facilities with 7,213 square meters of space.
- World class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, plus fitness center.
Knowledge and Skills
- This role is offered on a local hire basis in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
- 1 year of front office or related work experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
- Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
- Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
- Flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
