The role supports hotel guests and contributes to the property's guest-service standards.
Guest services
- Arrange requested services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, or identify suitable providers.
- Handle special requests and unique guest needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about the property, surrounding amenities, special events, and activities.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and record relevant information in logbooks.
- Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Service and workplace standards
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and follow company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and communicate professionally.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift; move or carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified as required; no license or certification is listed.
