The Concierge responds to guest requests for arrangements and services and provides information about the property and surrounding area.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Guest services
- Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other requested services, or identify suitable providers.
- Handle special requests and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Share information about the property, local amenities, events, and activities.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns; contact relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Review shift logs and daily memos, record pertinent details, and monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Work practices
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Prepare and review documents accurately, use appropriate telephone etiquette, support team goals, and follow quality standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
