RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance matters across the organization,
  • Assessing and evaluating concrete compliance topics, risks, and obligations,
  • Reviewing contracts from a regulatory compliance perspective,
  • Providing guidance on regulatory frameworks including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act,
  • Maintaining and maturing policies, procedures, and practical controls,
  • Identifying gaps and driving remediation actions,
  • Driving and supporting compliance-related projects and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance frameworks,
  • Hands-on experience with GDPR and other EU regulatory regimes (e.g., DORA, NIS2),
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related function,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly assess, document, and articulate compliance topics.
  • What will be an advantage:
  • Degree in law or a related field with a regulatory focus,
  • Demonstrated experience advising on EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DORA, NIS2) in a corporate or Group context,
  • Experience working with regulatory assessments, supervisory expectations, or compliance reviews,
  • Relevant data protection certification (e.g., CIPP/E or equivalent),
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-relevant guidance in an international environment.
