Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations for payment services, including EMI, PSP, and wallet-provider activities; review new products and monitor internal processes and product structures.
- Track, interpret, and implement regulatory updates; maintain policies and procedures and follow up on implementation of SAMA circulars.
- Prepare regulatory reports, review management submissions, and coordinate collection and validation of required data.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and remediation, and advise internal stakeholders on payment-compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of compliance experience at a SAMA-regulated payments-sector entity and solid knowledge of SAMA’s payment-services framework.
- Experience in regulatory reporting and policy review.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic; strong communication, coordination, analytical, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
