Job Title: Compliance Officer from Banks in DIFC only
Location: Dubai (DIFC)
Experience: 3–5Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a Compliance professional with hands-on experience in the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulatory environment within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The role requires strong expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT frameworks, and managing regulatory reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement DFSA regulatory updates and ensure organizational compliance
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns, filings, and reports to DFSA
- Support regulatory inspections and interactions with authorities
- Ensure adherence to AML/CFT policies and procedures
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Perform sanctions screening and monitor suspicious transactions
- Assist in Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reporting (SAR/STR)
- Maintain strong knowledge of DFSA AML Module and UAE AML regulations
Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Operations, Business) for compliance matters
