About Company: Abu Dhabi-based international wealth management and investment services arm of well known Investment Group.
The firm operates from ADGM and is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority under a Category 4 license.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AML/CFT compliance, regulatory governance, and capital markets/wealth management compliance within FSRA/ADGM regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the designated MLRO and oversee AML/CFT compliance framework
- Ensure compliance with FSRA/ADGM regulatory requirements
- Manage AML monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC/CDD, and transaction monitoring processes
- Handle STR/SAR reporting and regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring reviews
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide advisory support on regulatory and financial crime matters
- Conduct AML and compliance training across business teams
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation
