Job Title: Compliance Officer & MLRO
Location: Dubai (Onsite) | Visa Provided
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Compliance Officer & MLRO to manage regulatory compliance and financial crime frameworks within a regulated financial services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with DFSA regulations
- Act as main contact for regulatory matters
- Oversee AML/KYC, onboarding, and monitoring processes
- Handle suspicious activity reviews and reporting
- Conduct compliance checks and internal reviews
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and business changes
- Deliver compliance training and reporting to management
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience with a DIFC-regulated firm
- Strong knowledge of DFSA regulations
- Solid AML/KYC and financial crime experience
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders
- Certifications like CAMS/ICA are a plus
