We're hiring an experienced internal auditor to help us transform how companies manage compliance and risk.
This is a consulting-focused sales role—not a traditional sales position. You'll use your audit expertise to help enterprise customers automate their compliance work, cutting audit costs by 60% and time by 75%.
Role Overview
As a Senior AI Scientist – Agentic AI Systems, you will design, prototype, and guide the implementation of advanced AI and agentic architectures (multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, RAG, workflows) that solve concrete business problems for our clients. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust AI solutions and help drive Ginco IT’s AI strategy in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Master our AI Compliance Platform
- Reactivate your professional network (IIA, compliance communities)
- Shadow customers to understand the impact
- Qualify inbound leads
- Discovery calls with audit teams (understand their pain)
- Demo our solution (show ROI in audit language)
- Mentor team on GRC selling
- Speak at industry events
Requirements
- 8+ years internal audit or compliance audit experience
- CIA or CPA certification (preferred)
- Strong professional network (audit/compliance contacts you can call)
- Deep knowledge of audit frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO, CAAT tools)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
