A financial services company is looking for a compliance manager to ensure the company’s operations remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is key in mitigating regulatory and compliance risks, managing complaints, overseeing regulatory interactions, and fostering a strong culture of ethical conduct throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
This includes overseeing regulatory filings, notifications, license maintenance, and ensuring ongoing regulatory obligations are met.
You will track regulatory developments and communicate their impact to senior management, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance records.
The Compliance Manager will coordinate audits, regulatory inspections, and information requests, ensuring timely and complete submissions.
You will also oversee AML/CFT compliance, review issues arising from onboarding and support activities, and authorise business and marketing materials from a compliance perspective.
A key part of the role involves drafting, updating, and maintaining company policies, SOPs, and administrative frameworks in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors.
You will ensure all policies align with regulatory expectations and best practices, periodically reviewing and updating them as regulations or business needs evolve.
The ideal candidate will have a legal qualification as well as working within the financial services industry.

The role is paying up to 25,000 AED per month.
There is a bonus and benefits package.
