Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Compliance Manager** to lead and strengthen our compliance function in Doha.
This role will ensure that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company-wide adherence
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Oversee internal audits and compliance reviews
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance standards and best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
