Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Compliance Manager** to ensure the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
This role is responsible for developing compliance programs, mitigating risk, and promoting a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance framework and policies
- Monitor and ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Manage regulatory reporting and documentation requirements
- Investigate compliance issues, incidents, and breaches
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least **5+ years of experience** in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Pay: QAR36,000.00 per month
