Compliance Director

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and standards
• Conduct internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and investigations
• Advise senior leadership on compliance-related matters and risk mitigation strategies
• Establish and oversee compliance training programs for employees
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational departments to maintain regulatory standards
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management and external authorities
• Lead corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in compliance management, risk management, or corporate governance
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate compliance practices
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience in Qatar or GCC regulatory environments is preferred
