Job Overview
BC Associes Middle East is seeking an experienced and strategic **Compliance Director** to oversee corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in compliance management, risk mitigation, and organizational governance.
The Compliance Director will ensure the organization operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
- Collaborate with departments to strengthen internal controls and governance processes.
- Manage compliance reporting, investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
- Provide compliance guidance and training to employees and leadership.
- Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for executive management.
- Support enterprise risk management and policy development initiatives.
- Promote ethical standards and compliance awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Professional certifications related to compliance or governance are an advantage.
