Compliance Director

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organizational compliance with local and international standards
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Advise senior management on compliance-related matters and mitigation strategies
• Lead investigations into compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and operational teams to maintain regulatory adherence
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for executive leadership
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Experience in the GCC region is preferred
