Job Summary
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and system procedures.
The role involves monitoring compliance processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting audits and reporting to ensure operational integrity across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance records, logs, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and management teams to address compliance issues.
- Support internal audits and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Identify compliance gaps and escalate issues for corrective action.
- Track and follow up on incidents, violations, and corrective measures.
- Assist in implementing compliance standards across all operational sites.
- Ensure proper documentation of all compliance-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance standards.
- Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
