Well Completion Field Compliance Coordinators (Safety & Environ.)

Key Responsibilities

• As a successful candidate will be required to perform the following:
• Act as operations division Field HSE Advisor, assigned for division/group well sites for matters related to safety, loss prevention, environment, occupational health & compliance.
• Well conduct department frequent internal HSE audits & ad-hoc field inspections per the Well completions Safety Management System; SA relevant HSE & Operations standards and as directed by Division/Department management, and in meeting the department operations' safety objectives and expectations. Complete separate NCR report for each conducted inspection & develop a SMARTER plan for each attested audit/Inspection; This includes assisting engineering, operations and HSE teams in upkeeping existing and developing new safety processes related to risk assessment and management, safety training, asset integrity, safe operations, environmental protection, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, etc.
• Contribute in and/or lead & Complete incident investigations through all stages and complete/review all related reports.
• Conduct internal pre-commencement inspections for well sites/3rd party equipment as directed and attend/support these well sites to develop action plans for closeout of findings identified by official pre-commencement inspections.
• Pre-assesses assigned well sites for HSEI, Well Control, LPD, Corporate audits & EPD audits & inspections as directed and attend/support these well sites to develop action plans for closeout of findings identified officially by mentioned Audit/Inspection teams.
• Act as a mentor to assigned wellsite's foremen in regards of all HSE maters.
• Guide & evaluate contractors' safety officers for compliance to SA requirements.
• Assess wellsite workers, leaders & managers against behavioural safety through frequent site visits, attending wellsite's safety/operations meetings & on-job HSE awareness & raise reports as required.
