Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update policies, governance manuals, and codes of professional conduct.
- Administer the corporate compliance program and recommend internal control improvements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and recommend compliance actions.
- Maintain the corporate risk register for operational, supply chain, transport, and storage risks.
- Prepare compliance and risk indicators, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct breach investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Review contracts and manage third-party compliance audits.
- Track audit and regulatory observations through closure.
- Support ALBAIK License Agreement and BFS compliance.
- Deliver governance, risk, and compliance awareness training.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant governance, risk, compliance, or internal audit experience, including supervisory experience.
- Experience in food, retail, supply chain, or logistics environments is preferred.
- Experience designing policies and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of KSA laws, awareness of Bahrain requirements, and familiarity with GRC frameworks.
- Advanced Excel experience and fluency in Arabic and English.
- GRCP, CCEP, CRMA, or ISO 31000 certification is preferred.
