Express Food Company is hiring a fresh Civil Engineering graduate for its Engineering team in Jeddah.
The role supports on-site construction for new restaurants and facilities, checking work against approved designs, safety requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
The position provides on-the-job training and hands-on site experience while working with architects, engineers, and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation and review of civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Follow up on site construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with approved plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other engineers to support project execution.
- Monitor progress and timelines and help resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
- Check construction work against quality standards and safety regulations.
- Work with architects, electrical and mechanical engineers, and project managers.
- Support cost estimation and procurement with technical input.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a high GPA is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and no experience is required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required; Revit, Civil 3D, or other engineering software is a plus.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand construction standards.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Able to work under pressure and ready to work weekends and be on call when needed.
- SCE membership is required or must be obtained within the company’s specified period.

- The role supports on-site construction activities and includes hands-on site experience in Jeddah.
