Position information

Sales and guest responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Call potential owners to arrange preview-package sales or tours and encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule them.
• Explain sales-presentation requirements and confirm eligibility before booking a tour.
• Select patronage gifts, such as rewards points or show tickets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, and express appreciation.

Office and team responsibilities

• Perform Sales and Marketing office duties, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing; receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Assist management with training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and employee coaching.
• Model fair-treatment and open-door policies; follow company procedures and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, handle telephone calls appropriately, and build positive working relationships.
• Support team goals, listen and respond to employee concerns, and meet quality expectations.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors; move or handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is listed.
