As our Community Engagement Lead, you will have a focus on recruitment of new volunteers alongside volunteer retention, while also developing relationships with local organisations, groups, businesses to support sustainable volunteering and fundraising.
As a new role, you will have the opportunity to develop the role using your own initiative, enthusiasm and positive attitude, while supported by a knowledgeable, experienced team and a project plan.
