CircolCatolic Community Services & Events Management W.L.L. is seeking a passionate and organized Senior Community Engagement Manager to lead community programs, events, and engagement initiatives in Doha. What you'll do:

• Plan, manage, and execute community engagement programs and events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and partners
• Develop strategies to increase participation and community involvement
• Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, vendors, and on-site execution
• Manage communications across channels including social media and outreach
• Monitor engagement metrics and improve program effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with organizational goals
• Handle feedback and ensure positive participant experiences
• Support partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in community engagement, event management, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple events and initiatives
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
