Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience between 8+ years in an account management or strategy role within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver tangible results for clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing, branding, and communication principles.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
Qualifications
