• A little taste of your day-to-day:
• Your role will include but not be limited to:
• Support the Culinary team in preparing exceptional dishes, from setting up food and equipment to assisting with mise en place to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Play a key role in food pick-up, ensuring efficiency and quality while strictly following HACCP standards to maintain the highest level of food safety.
• Provide assistance to the **Demi Chef De Parties** and **Chef De Parties** in day-to-day operations, learning from experienced chefs and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.
• Keep the kitchen organized and safe by maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a commis chef within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
