Qualifications
- A genuine passion for cooking and an interest in developing your culinary skills.
- Previous kitchen experience, ideally in a hotel or busy breakfast environment.
- A relevant commercial cookery qualification or equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong team focus.
- Availability for 5:30am starts, including weekends and public holidays as rostered.
- Reliable transport or a dependable way to get to the hotel for early morning shifts.
