Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.
  • Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Properly store food items and monitor stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Support inventory control and report shortages or wastage.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
