Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Law Clerk (Commercial Real Estate / Energy) to work on a Contractor basis.
This role involves reviewing and analyzing critical legal documents for power generation and infrastructure projects on the US East Coast.
Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems by providing real-world legal insights that shape model accuracy and performance.
No prior AI experience is required—the focus is on leveraging your domain knowledge in commercial real estate and energy law.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records for power generation projects.
- Extract and structure key data points, with a focus on land-use rights and ownership verification for development and infrastructure projects.
- Identify, document, and categorize evidence-based legal findings to support model training and evaluation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data extraction to maintain high standards for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine legal frameworks used in AI model development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on energy or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting title records, site control agreements, and ownership documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to extract structured data from unstructured legal documents.
- Evidence-based analysis skills to identify and document key legal findings.
- Familiarity with development and infrastructure project documentation is preferred.
