Role Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our Commercial Division in Dubai.
  • This role is ideal for someone who understands the commercial market and can actively source opportunities, build landlord and investor relationships, and manage transactions across offices, retail, warehouses, buildings, and commercial land.
  • This is not a role for someone waiting only for company stock or passive leads.
  • We are looking for a broker who can generate business, build commercial supply, and become a strong contributor to the company’s commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure commercial property listings across Dubai.
  • Build relationships with landlords, investors, developers, building owners, and property managers.
  • Generate commercial inventory including offices, retail, warehouses, labor camps, buildings, and land.
  • Conduct area prospecting, market mapping, and business development activities.
  • Manage listings, pricing, negotiations, and transaction processes.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Match available inventory with active client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, rental values, pricing movements, and commercial opportunities.
  • Deliver professional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Desired Profile

  • Proven experience in Dubai commercial real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai commercial market.
  • Existing network with landlords, investors, or property owners is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to generate listings and build supply independently.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Professional, presentable, and relationship-oriented.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused.
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
