Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify clients’ commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage the full leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.
• Build relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate transactions.
• Prepare market analyses, reports, and presentations about trends and investment opportunities.
• Advise clients on leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
• Track client interactions and leads using CRM systems.
• Stay informed about local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals.
• Analytical ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software or platforms.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service.
