Commercial Manager role focused on the company’s vessels in shipping and tanker markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial activities of the company’s vessels.
- Handle chartering, freight negotiations, fixtures, and contracts.
- Develop relationships with charterers, brokers, owners, and clients.
- Monitor vessel profitability, revenues, and operating costs.
- Follow up on voyage performance and commercial claims.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize vessel utilization.
- Coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Finance departments.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial shipping, tanker operations, or chartering.
- Good knowledge of freight markets, charter parties, and shipping contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Oil-tanker experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 15,000 per month.
