Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, although other relevant experience will be considered

Experience in a similar role with consolidated commercial experience ideally gained within Construction or civils sector although not essential

Proven experience in contract administration including change management

Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures

Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation

Full driving licence

The ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization

Ability to demonstrate teamwork, respect, integrity, innovation, and a client-driven approach

Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplines at all levels of the business with a practical, hands-on approach

Champion for change, looks for opportunities to try new things and encourages others to do the same. Has the courage to question the way things are done in the pursuit of excellence
