Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Controller, as we expand our Social Infrastructure design team, the role will be based in Swanley however travel to our head office in Warrington once a month will be expected.

As our Document Controller , you will: ✔ Manage project documentation — organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently. ✔ Administer the Document Management System (DMS) —setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security. ✔ Ensure compliance —maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards. ✔ Support the project team —assisting with document formatting, templates, and best practices. ✔ Monitor version control —ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents. ✔ Enhance processes —identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices.
