Role Overview

Senior commercial leader responsible for driving enrolment growth, revenue, profitability, and operational excellence for a KHDA-approved business school.

Reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategy (12-month & 3-year)
  • Drive student enrolments across key international markets
  • Build and manage global recruitment/agent network
  • Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Lead marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning
  • Optimize admissions funnel and conversion rates
  • Establish SOPs, KPIs, and operational efficiency
  • Act as second-in-command to the CEO

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years leadership in higher education / student recruitment
  • Strong UAE market experience
  • Proven track record in scaling revenue and enrolments
  • Experience managing P&L and cross-functional teams
  • MBA preferred

Core Skills

Revenue growth, P&L management, forecasting, recruitment strategy, partnerships, CRM/data analytics, operational leadership

Enrolment growth, revenue, conversion rates, visa utilization, CAC reduction, profitability, team performance

Education

  • Master's (Preferred)
