Role Overview

Senior commercial leader responsible for driving enrolment growth, revenue, profitability, and operational excellence for a KHDA-approved business school. Reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute growth strategy (12-month & 3-year)

* Drive student enrolments across key international markets

* Build and manage global recruitment/agent network

* Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability

* Lead marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning

* Optimize admissions funnel and conversion rates

* Establish SOPs, KPIs, and operational efficiency

* Act as second-in-command to the CEO

Candidate Profile

* 10+ years leadership in higher education / student recruitment

* Strong UAE market experience

* Proven track record in scaling revenue and enrolments

* Experience managing P&L and cross-functional teams

* MBA preferred
