Commercial Executive (eCommerce)

Role overview

Coordination and commercial execution

• Coordinate with category, database, IT, marketing, operations, logistics, finance, and customer-service teams; track issues through resolution and escalate recurring problems.
• Monitor sales trends, category performance, stock, pricing, listings, promotions, and execution gaps; highlight opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate product content, listings, pricing, promotions, and availability across the website, marketplaces, and social-commerce channels.
• Prepare sales reports, trackers, summaries, simple dashboards, and weekly updates using Excel; share actionable observations.
• Check competitors’ pricing, promotions, assortment, and online visibility and report market trends.
• Coordinate with vendors, brands, distributors, and suppliers on product details, commercial information, pricing, promotions, and issue resolution.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 2 years of work experience are required.
• Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in e-commerce, supermarket, FMCG, marketplace operations, or commercial coordination is advantageous.

Skills and competencies

• Strong English communication, analytical thinking, and ability to understand basic sales data.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, coordination, attention to detail, ownership, accountability, and task-management skills.
• Comfortable working with deadlines and business priorities in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.
