Commercial Excellence Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Consolidate demand inputs from Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to maintain accurate forecasts.
• Manage demand planning in OMP, monitor forecast accuracy, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze consumption trends and demand gaps and develop mitigation plans with Sales and Supply Chain.
• Support allocation management and resolve challenges with orders, shipments, inventory, and regional product supply.
• Facilitate Demand Review and Sales & Operations Execution meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and business insights.
• Support opportunity management, customer surveys, CRM administration, data governance, digital adoption, and digital ordering implementation.
• Serve as a liaison between regional Integrated Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Demand Planning, Integrated Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Business Planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global business environments.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and commercial operations processes.
• Experience using enterprise systems and business planning tools for operational decision-making.
• Understanding of integrated planning and operational processes in a complex business environment.

Skills and systems

• Demand forecasting, consumption analysis, and business analytics.
• Planning systems include OMP and SAP ECC.
• CRM and commercial operations experience, including Dynamics and customer relationship management processes.
• Data analysis, reporting, and business presentation development.
• Stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational problem-solving.
• Tools and platforms listed include Digital Order Control, My Assignment, L&OM, DOW.com, CRM, and business reporting platforms.

Location and availability

• The role is based in Navi Mumbai, India.
