1.
Providing technical plus application information to support sales force and customers.
2.
Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, and delivery.
3.
Preparing purchasing order.
4.
Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
5.
Handling and meting the agreed sales target for the financial year.
6.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from MHPS products in a designated region.
7.
Support the assigned customer in sales activities and assist the customer in identifying new opportunities.
8.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers for sales.
9.
Negotiating contract as required.
10.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
11.
Offering after-sales support services.
12.
Analyzing costs and sales.
13.
Preparing reports for head office.
14.
Meeting regular sales targets.
15.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
16.
Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
2.
Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
3.
Access to Saudi Aramco System and upload necessary information in accordance with the Corporate Purchase Agreement signed with Aramco.
4.
Take necessary action to prepare proposal against Aramco’s needs under instruction of Commercial Manager (Communication with our subcontractors is mandatory and documentation skill is a must).
5.
Take necessary action to prepare invoice against work stipulated by our company under the instruction of Commercial Manager.
6.
Perform any other tasks within area of specialty as assigned.
Skills
1.
High level of negotiation skills, contracting expertise.
2.
Skill to Interpret Drawing & Data Sheet
3.
Knowledge of fabrication, castings, forgings and machined components.
4.
Very strong project management skills and result oriented mindset.
5.
Strong background in computer based office management & ERP System
