At USEO, we're looking for more than just an Account Manager – we're looking for someone who can build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and drive real business growth.
As a Commercial Digital Account Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to a portfolio of ambitious clients, helping them maximise their investment across services including SEO, Paid Media, Websites, Social Media, and AI Search.
You'll take ownership of your accounts, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with our specialist teams to deliver outstanding results.
This is a commercially focused role, not a customer service position.
Success means retaining and growing client accounts, solving challenges before they arise, and becoming the strategic advisor that clients turn to for guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their primary point of contact.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing leaders.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support account growth.
- Drive client retention and contribute to overall commercial performance.
- Work closely with SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web specialists to deliver results.
- Proactively solve problems before they escalate.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring their needs are understood.
- Ensure clients consistently see clear value from their investment.
- Support businesses in achieving growth through tailored digital marketing solutions.
