🚨 Hiring: Contracts Manager \| Dubai,
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading construction organization in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements
- Lead contract administration, claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Support procurement, commercial, and project delivery teams on contractual matters
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in contracts/commercial management within the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and contract administration
- Proven experience working for a main contractor in the GCC/UAE
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
