Salary

Up to $140,000 USD (dependent on experience)

We’re working with a leading global financial services organisation to hire a Commercial Cards Product Lead to drive strategy, innovation, and growth across a regional payments portfolio.

The Role

This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of a commercial cards portfolio (including T&E, purchasing cards, and virtual solutions).

You’ll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, optimising current capabilities, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from strategy through to launch and continuous optimisation
  • Assess current product capabilities and identify enhancements across pricing, controls, servicing, and technology
  • Drive cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance
  • Build business cases and product strategies to support investment and prioritisation
  • Accelerate portfolio growth (usage, revenue, and client acquisition)
  • Launch and scale new propositions (e.g. virtual cards, data/insights solutions, integrations)
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and external providers to execute the roadmap
  • Support complex client opportunities with solution design and commercial structuring
  • Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to P&L outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial cards, corporate payments, or transaction banking
  • Strong product management and delivery background
  • Experience operating in complex, matrix organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial focus
  • Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, engineering, or similar)
  • Regional/international payments experience is advantageous
