Overview

RENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa (

*Chlamydotis undulata*

) and Asia (

*Chlamydotis macqueenii*

).

To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research

To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects, RENECO is opening new positions in Morocco and Kazakhstan, giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support contract administration, commercial coordination, reporting, and business development initiatives across our operations.

1. Contract and Project Commercial Monitoring

  • Maintain records of contracts, amendments, and project-related commercial documentation
  • Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, invoicing requirements, payment schedules, and key deadlines.
  • Follow up with operational and finance teams to ensure commercial commitments are properly tracked.
  • Alert management regarding commercial risks, delays, or missing documentation.

2. Commercial Administration and Coordination

  • Maintain commercial databases, activity trackers, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions between internal stakeholders.
  • Support the organization of commercial activities, meetings, and administrative processes.

3. Commercial Reporting and Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain commercial reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Compile the information required for commercial forecasting and the activity reporting.
  • Monitor commercial indicators and highlight significant variances or tools.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and performance review materials.

4. Commercial Opportunity and Proposal

  • Support in the preparation and formatting of proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documentation.
  • Collect and organize information required for commercial submission.
  • Maintain records related to ongoing opportunities and commercial activities.
  • Support follow-up actions associated with business development initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience &Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial support, sales administration, contract administration, project coordination, or a similar field.
  • Experience in preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative processes.
  • Understanding of commercial processes, contract administration, and project tracking activities.
  • Experience supporting proposals, tenders, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, Oracle, or project tracking systems is an advantage.
