Collection Specialist (Riyadh Region)

Key Responsibilities

• **Field Operations:**
• Conduct daily site visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and medical centers across Riyadh to manage and secure payments.
• **Financial Reconciliation:**
• Perform on-site account reconciliations with clients' accounting departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
• **Professional Negotiation:**
• Utilize high-level negotiation skills to manage overdue accounts, handle difficult conversations, and establish effective payment plans.
• **Reporting & Documentation:**
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly collection reports; ensure all checks, cash, and financial documents are processed with 100% accuracy.
• **Cross-Functional Coordination:**
• Liaise with the Sales and Warehouse departments to update client credit statuses before processing new orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in

Accounting

• or Finance (Essential).
• **Nationality:**
• Must be
• Saudi (Required).
• **Experience:**
• 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, accounting, or a related field (Experience in the medical sector is a significant advantage).
• **Mobility:**
• Must have a valid Saudi Driving License and a
• personal vehicle

• **Geographic Knowledge:**
• Excellent knowledge of Riyadh’s districts and the locations of major medical hubs.
