Overview

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections; candidates with extensive experience in the collections field will be preferred
• Strong personality with the ability to confidently communicate with customers to recover overdue payments
• Fluency in
• Arabic and English
• (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
• Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

• , especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ERP systems or collections software, including data entry and record management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid KSA driving license

Knowledge & Competencies

• Good understanding of debt collection laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to coordinate between the company and legal representatives (lawyers) when required
• Knowledge of billing procedures and financial terminology
• Strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets
