Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Accounts Receivable & Collection Executive to manage customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, collections, account reconciliation, and receivable reporting.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding receivables
- Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings for pending payments
- Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection reports
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales and operations departments regarding payment issues
- Ensure timely allocation of customer payments in ERP/accounting system
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection status reports for management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administation, Finance or Accounting
Arabic Speaking Mandatory
