Role overview
Manage commercial coffee roasting production and ensure consistent batch quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily roasting production.
- Develop and refine roast profiles and blends.
- Conduct cupping and quality control to maintain consistent quality.
- Inspect incoming green coffee and manage stock.
- Train and supervise roasting and packing staff.
- Maintain roasting equipment and arrange maintenance.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep accurate roasting and production records.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial coffee roasting experience; specialty coffee experience is preferred.
- Strong cupping skills and coffee-origin knowledge.
- Leadership and training experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 7,000–12,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
