Role Overview
The role sells and delivers products directly to customers using a company vehicle.
Work combines sales, delivery, customer service, and stock management, with a focus on timely delivery and sales targets.
Key Skills Required
- Ability to sell products, achieve sales targets, promote products and offers, and use upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Negotiation, persuasion, and verbal customer communication skills; ability to explain product features and prices clearly.
- Fluent English and 2–3 years of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail shops, supermarkets, and customers on a daily route; introduce products, discounts, and promotions.
- Deliver orders safely and on time, verify product types and quantities, and issue invoices, receipts, or delivery notes.
- Submit daily collections, sales reports, route reports, delivery records, and inventory records.
- Load and monitor van stock; return unsold or damaged products to the warehouse.
- Maintain the van and check fuel, tires, oil, and general condition; follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Report market feedback, stock shortages, and customer issues to the supervisor.
Work Location
- Work location is in person; the role includes daily customer routes and warehouse loading.
