About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CNC drilling, milling, and machining center programming, along with hands-on expertise in SIEMENS 828 Control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CNC programs for drilling, milling, and machining center operations from scratch
- Convert AutoCAD drawings into machine programming
- Perform CAD graphic and machine programming activities
- Select appropriate tools and prepare machining programs accordingly
- Program and operate CNC machines for complex shapes and components
- Carry out manual programming and machine-level editing
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Ensure production quality and machining accuracy
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
